2024 Rates and Retainer Plans

Hourly

$500/hour

            -travel time billed at $100/hour when I’m not working for another client

 Bronze

$2,500 retainer= 8 hours/month

            - 2 hours/week plus unlimited phone calls, effective rate of less than $350/hour

Silver

$5,000 retainer= 16 hours/month

-  4 hours/week plus unlimited phone calls, effective rate of less than $300/hour           

Gold

$7,500 retainer= 28 hours/month

- 7 hours/week plus unlimited phone calls, effective rate of less than $275/hour         

Platinum

$10,000 retainer= 40 hours/month

- 10 hours/week plus unlimited phone calls, effective rate of less than $250/hour

Policies

For all the retainer plans above, I can arrange the hours on an as-needed basis or set aside time for a specific day every week. For example, with a gold plan, every Wednesday from 8am-3pm pst. For any of the silver and above plans, I ask that we have a set call every Monday to discuss objectives for the week and upcoming projects. A credit/debit card should be provided that will be auto-charged on the 27th of every month. We agree to a six-month term to iron out any kinks, then going month to month to month after that. I’m happy to travel to any location as needed, with the client covering basic expenses, and no charge for the travel time.
